I ordered this hose from this website, and I just wanted to comment on how incredible the quality is! This is the premium hose I was looking for, and is extremely crush resistant (and resilient), and does not cave under pressure at all from my roots 5.9 blower. I weight 167 lbs, and if I stand on it, it barely compressed as all. No annoying kinking and crushing like some of those cheap hoses I've used. Glad those are a thing of the past! Chemical resistance, I'm not entirely sure because I've only used carpet cleaners and solvents that I extracted during the cleaning process, with no issues at all. I'm assuming from reading the chemical resistance chart on the hose page on the website, that it is chemical resistant to many other chemicals as well, but that was not a key issue to me due to my carpet cleaning only application. All in all, great hose, with a reasonable price (the best I was able to find online for shipping to my area) for the quality of this hose. If you are using a small portable cleaning system, I'd say this hose might be over-kill, but If you're running one of the high powered truck-mounts, a hose like this is critical! Regarding the ecology rating above, I did not give it 5 stars because it's still plastic, but the company does have a recycling program that you can take advantage of if you can't recycle it in your area. Also, due to the quality of this hose, it will probably outlive the cleaner!
