Bulk Green Cleaners™ accepts the following Payment Cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB, EnRoute & Diner’s Club. We also accept DEBIT Cards with the Visa, MasterCard or Discover Logos on them.

Right to Decline Orders: 

There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases, however, we reserve the right to decline an order if we feel that the charges from the issuing bank are excessive or that the order may be fraudulent (Bulk Green Cleaners™ Reports All Suspected Fraudulent Activities to the overseeing authorities).

Processing Delays: 

Please be sure to provide your correct billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. In some cases, your credit card may be billed prior to approval of your order. If your credit card is later denied, Bulk Green Cleaners™ reserves the right to cancel the order and reverse (refund) the charge at any time.

Fraud Protection: 

In order to reduce fraudulent transactions, we have protections in place that sometimes cause otherwise valid cards to be declined. If your credit card it declined, please try a different card.  This will solve the problem 90% of the time. If you continue to have a problem, please Contact Us for resolution.

Money orders and checks:

Acceptance: 

For any/all orders placed on our website, Bulk Green Cleaners no longer accepts any personal or company checks and no longer provides e.Check service.

Notes:

1. We can not cancel an order after it enters the "Processing" state. To cancel an order that is not yet processing, please email us at claims@BulkGreenCleaners.com AND call our support line at 888-388-6110. Be sure to provide your Full Name & Order Number as well as the product(s) you orders, and inform us of your desire to cancel your order.

Where we ship

We ship to the lower 48 continental United States and Washington DC. We do NOT ship to Hawaii or Alaska.

Shipping Charges

For all orders under $250, we charge a flat rate of $9.00 to ship. For all orders $250 and up, shipping is FREE. On certain orders, we also offer a Lift-Gate option for a reasonable fee. Also, please note that incorrect addresses will delay shipment & your order will be subject to additional charges for address correction or forwarding by postal or shipping services.

Shipping Carriers

We typically ship via Fed-Ex using their Ground or Home Delivery service at our option, but at times we may use other carriers. We also ship via various freight carriers, TBD based on the weight of the order.

Delivery Time

Depending on your location, you can usually expect to receive your shipment within 4 to 10 working days of your order date, with the average being 6-8 working days. However, with some products, such as certain 55 gallon drums, it can take as long as 22 working days. Expected ship times are disclosed at the bottom of the 'General Tab' on each product page. Although we make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible, the time estimates given are only approximate.

Note: Bulk Green Cleaners™ makes no guarantees, expressed or implied, that your shipment will arrive within the estimated time range.

Shipment Tracking

For each order placed through our website, and for each related shipment, we will make every attempt to email you a TRACKING NUMBER so you can track your package en-route to your shipping destination.

Note:If you have not received a tracking number for you package within 7 days of the order date, please Contact Us immediately. Be sure to include your order number in the subject line so we can expedite your request.

Shipping Insurance

Shipments of all orders placed through our website are automatically insured against risk of loss, title & damage in shipment until they arrive at your shipping address, at which time, all risk passes to you. Note that we do not require signature verification on any of our orders, so please be sure that your shipping address is secure to reduce the chance that your order will get stolen or vandalized. If you are having trouble tracking your order, please contact our Customer Service Dept at 1-888-388-6110, email our Shipping Dept. at shipping@bulkgreencleaners.com or click Contact Us and fill out the General Questions form for assistance.

Shipping claims

In the rare instance that you need to file a claim due to a package that was lost or damaged in shipment, you can either contact the carrier directly, or Contact Us. If the incident was determined to be the fault of the carrier, your sole remedy will be the receipt of an identical replacement product(s). Bulk Green Cleaners™ will in no case disburse cash in leu of product replacement for any shipping claim. The maximum insured value of any product(s) is the lesser of the actual damage (loss) sustained, or that of your order total. In no case shall Bulk Green Cleaners™ be liable for any portion of a loss that the "carrier" refuses to cover, and in NO case shall our liability for the loss exceed our cost for the product(s) ordered.

Products purchased at Bulk Green Cleaners™ come with a 30 day Guarantee Against Product Defects, Damages & Packaging Errors. In order to keep our prices low, and due to the high cost of shipping heavy bulk products which often exceed our small mark-up, BULK GREEN CLEANERS™ OFFERS IDENTICAL EXCHANGES OF DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCT AT NO COST TO YOU, BUT DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS, so please be sure you are familiar with your products & carefully review your order before checking out..

In the rare instance you receive Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise, email us within 30 days at claims@bulkgreencleaners.com. Be sure to include your Order Number in the Subject Line so we can expedite your claim. Upon verifying & approving your claim, Bulk Green Cleaners™ will re-ship the replacement item(s) at our expense via the original shipping method.
Note: Bulk Green Cleaners does not offer expedited shipping on warranty claims.

Special Notes:

1. For verified Defective Products and Packaging Errors, we offer identical exchanges at no cost.
2. We DO NOT offer Refunds through our online store, so please place your order carefully and retain a copy of your invoice for your records.
3. Once an order enters the "Processing" state, it can no longer be cancelled or modified, so please place your order carefully. If you do notice something amiss after placing your order, please email us immediately at Support@BulkGreenCleaners.com before it beings processing.
4. In case of damage or loss, we will ship an identical replacement item, at no cost to you. We will NOT substitute the original item with an item of a different size, color or other variable by customer request, unless we no longer stock the identical item.
5. Items that do not perform to your standards are NOT considered Defective. Defects include such things as, moldy product, damaged/cracked bottles, expired products, altered formulations (verifiable by investigation) etc. If you are unsure that you will like a product, please do not order it in Bulk Sizes before you've tried it in small sizes first.
6. Damaged items can be EXCHANGED for an IDENTICAL product at no cost to you, but NOT RETURNED for a refund.

Our Social Discount Program provides us with a way to thank our loyal customers for helping spread the good news about our store, by giving them discounts for each Product Review (good or bad) and for each Post to a Social Network, including Facebook, Twitter & Google+.

Although we greatly appreciate social posts to any & all Social Networks, we are only able to give you Social Discounts for the big 3 listed above.

Disallowed Usages:

Bulk Green Cleaners will not tolerate fraudulent abuse of our Social Discounts Program, and may suspend/revoke discounts and/or cancel or place orders on hold, if we suspect such abuse.

1. Social Discounts cannot be utilized for spamming purposes.
2. All Social Discounts and affiliated activities must be genuine, or accrued discounts may be revoked, and/or orders may be placed on hold or cancelled.
3. Social Discounts accrued may be revoked and/or orders may be cancelled or placed on hold, at our sole discretion, if Facebook "Likes", Twitter "Tweets" or Google+ "Follows" are removed, if our store is "Un-Followed", if a Social Post is removed or deemed to be unacceptable, and/or if any "Product Reviews" are deemed inappropriate or un-genuine.

Earnings Rates, Maximums & Expirations :

Currently, for each Product Review you will earn a $4.00 Social Discount, while for each Social Post, (for Facebook, Twitter or Google+) you will earn a ${{Fill Variable Here}} Social Discount.  Note that Earned Discounts are valid for 90 day(s) (plus day of posting), and expire at Midnight Pacific Standard Time (PST). Although 99% of our products are verified "In-Stock" by our order management dept. prior to making them available on our website, If a product you ordered is determined to be "Out of Stock" after your order is placed, you will be notified within 5 days at which time Bulk Green Cleaners™ will give you the option of:

1. Putting the item on Back-Order, with an estimated time of delivery.
2. Receiving a full refund for the product that has gone out of stock.
3. Choosing a substitute product for the product that has gone out of stock, at your discretion.
