Can I choose the Free Shipping Option?

• If your order is shipping to any “Commercial” Address, then YES... you can choose this service. However, if your address is zoned residential, then you must add the residential delivery fee (see below)

What is Residential Delivery?

• Any shipping service that is delivering to an address that is listed in the Address Database as "Residential".
• This is not determined by whether or not a business resides at the location, as many such addresses are still residential.

Do I need to Pay for Residential Delivery?

• If your order is shipping to any “Residential” Address, then YES... you will need to pay for this service.

What if I did not pay the Residential Delivery fee when I checked out?

• If your address is Residential, then we will need to contact you for payment.
• Unfortunately, we can not begin processing your order until we receive payment for this service.
• The Process is Simple.
• • We can email you a link to a product called "Residential Delivery Fee".
  • You then select the appropriate checkbox, add the product to your cart & proceed through checkout.
  • We can then proceed to process your order.

Why is there an additional fee for delivery to Residential Addresses?

• Freight & Ground carriers charge us significant additional fees to deliver to residential addresses.
• These fees typically range from $7 to $19 per package for a ground service to a residential address, and from $80 to $140 per delivery via LTL Freight, depending on the carrier and the address.
• Bulk Green Cleaners discounts these fees and charges our customers a lesser amount, but with our small mark-ups (15% to 20%) we are unable to absorb these costs.
