Lift Gate Service
What is Lift-Gate Service?
- A Lift-Gate is a hydrolic lift on the back of a delivery truck that allows the driver to unload heavy items from the trailer.
Do I need Lift-Gate Service?
- If you don't have a loading dock or a fork-lift, and you are unable to remove the product by hand from the delivery truck (i.e., 55 gallon drum), you need to purchase Lift-Gate Service.
Note: If you do NOT pay for this service, and you are unable to unload the delivery yourself;
- The freight carrier will be unable to deliver your order.
- You will be required to pay additional & potentially substantial re-delivery & lift-gate fees.
- We would also need to contact you to secure additional payments for the order, before it could be re-delivered.
